Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated

MediStore is software you use in your browser. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

1. Digital service only

MediStore is an online software service. We do not sell or ship medicines or any physical goods, so there is no shipping, courier or delivery charge.

2. How the service is delivered

  • Free trial: available straight after you sign in with Google and register your store.
  • Paid plan: active as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. You can see it on the Billing page.
  • The service is delivered online across India and works in any up-to-date web browser.

3. If access doesn't start

If your plan isn't active within an hour of a successful payment, email [email address] with the Razorpay payment ID. If we can't activate it, you will get a full refund under our Refund Policy.
