Patient names, sales, purchase prices and supplier terms are sensitive. Here is exactly how we keep them private — in plain language, without jargon.
How we protect it
Safeguards built into the product, not added on.
Each store is walled off
Every medicine, batch, bill and supplier belongs to one store. The server checks that on every page and every action — not just in the menu.
Staff see only what they need
Roles decide which sections each person can view, create, edit, delete or export, with per-person exceptions when you need them.
Safe sign-in
Store owners sign up with Google. Staff can't sign themselves up — the owner creates each login. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
Sessions you can end
Deactivate a staff login and they are signed out at once. Changing your password can sign out every other device.
An activity log you can read
Sign-ins and important changes are recorded with who, what and when, so questions can be answered from facts.
Encrypted in transit
The app runs over HTTPS, so data between your device and our servers can't be read on the way.
Payments through Razorpay
Your subscription is paid on Razorpay's secure checkout. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay — never to us.
Limited access for our team
Our platform team sees your store's account and subscription details and summary counts — not your individual bills, customers or stock.

Keep your account safe
- Give each staff member their own login — never share one.
- Use the Cashier role for the counter; keep purchase prices for the owner and pharmacist.
- Deactivate a login the day someone leaves.
- Check the activity log at the end of the day.
